PROFESSIONAL
Tim has been actively selling real estate at the Lake of the Ozarks since 1978 and for the past 25 years has served as owner/broker of the Al Elam Company. During that time Tim has participated in over 4000 transactions, received numerous honors and sales awards. He is also a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club and has been awarded the Pinnacle and Summit Level of Excellence in sales, several times, by the Missouri Association of REALTORS. In addition his peers have recognized Tim in the past as the REALTOR Associate of the year.
Tim is also a strong believer of actively participating in community affairs. Over the years he has served as a City Councilperson, Director of the Lake of the Ozarks Association and Director of the Bagnell Dam Board of REALTORS. Tim is currently active in his church and serves as a board member for the School of the Osage.
