Rock Island Realty is one of the most trusted real estate offices at the Lake of the Ozarks. Established in 1941, Rock Island Realty is one of the oldest continuously operated Real Estate Company’s at the Lake of the Ozarks. The real estate company was founded by Al Elam when the Lake of the Ozarks was still in its infancy as an area for boating and recreation. Mr. Elam based the business on honesty, integrity, and customer service. In 1971 Al moved his business to its current location at 2860 Bagnell Dam Boulevard Lake Ozark, MO. In 2018 Al Elam Real Estate joined forces with Rock Island Holdings LLC owned by Erik and Erin Svoboda to help their clients, providing a broader market presence, and is currently doing business as Rock Island Realty. Joining the team in 2019 Colleen Brown guides Rock Island Realty as our Broker. Based on the same philosophy of honesty, integrity, and customer service, the family tradition continues.
